MiniIRC is a standalone GUI-only IRC client 
for AmigaOS 1.3 and 68000 Amigas. It runs on 
its own Intuition screen, uses plain OS1.3-compatible 
UI code, and connects through bsdsocket.library,
so it works e.g. with TheWire13.
