This is the ACE 2.4 distribution (with db.lib 2.61 as updated post-ACE 2.4 
release) and the source code to the ACE compiler and libraries under the Gnu 
Public Lisence.

This release includes also ANSI version of the source code converted by Ken.
Also the new ACE executable is included.
