struct SignalSemaphore * sigSem

FUNCTION
Releases a lock on a semaphore obtained with either ObtainSemaphore(), ObtainSemaphoreShared(), AttemptSemaphore or AttemptSemaphoreShared(). Each call to one of those functions must be accompanied with one call to ReleasSemaphore().
