This little program convert CDDA files generated by MakeCD to AIFF. Also,
you can do AIFF to CDDA. In fact, it converts any non AIFF file to
non-format and any non-format to AIFF 16 bits, stereo, 44100 Hz.

It is fast: just 3 seconds to convert a 50 Mb file... How? well, just
writing an AIFF header over the CDDA file or deleting it (a CDDA file is a
raw one with length divisible by 2352)

It can also be used to generate good AIFF files for MakeCD, as many
programs (SoundProbe,...) generates wrong AIFF headers, unusable by MakeCD.
