An all replacement door for the internal 'N' and 'F' command, plus a
front-door for the 'D' command and a new command called 'CS'. This
door has been developed for Ami-Express 3.38+ but it's possible that
it also works with S-Express.
ConfScan is a file-scanner capable of scanning for new files in
multiple conferences, totally configurable by the sysop and the user.
Main features include:
- Workbench interface for configuration
- Fast searching ('N S U' found <= 1 second!)
- Tagging of files
- Installer script supplied
- Easy to use
- File [V]iewing
ConfScan is well-known by Ami-Express sysops, and the original archive
was spread a while ago among the several BBSs, however, this archive
contains a beta-version that has not been released before and contains
an all-new search routine that speeds up the searching with 200% in
some cases.
