I found that on the odd occasion I thought of a tagline and wanted to
 add it to one of my tagline files, but couldn't be bothered to go to my
 text editor to add it, this solved the problem nicely.
 Your default config is read from a file called elevate.cfg which needs
 to be put in your s: directory, in this should be 2 lines, the first
 is your default tagline directory, or path to it, the second line is
 your default tagline file, you can select new ones from with in the
 program when you run it, but putting default ones in makes it easier to
 add quickly.

 ElevateTag needs rexxreqtools.lib and reqtools.lib(included in
 archive), but I would assume these are on most peoples systems. The
 program adds a tagline with %% in the line before it which is suitable
 for Yam and Spot, which is all I use, if you use another program,
 which doesn't use the %% let me know and I'll send you a different
 version if you want it.

 This program is of course EMailware...if you like it an EMail would be
 nice to tell me you use it, I love getting mail.

 It doesn't really need it I feel, but to use it, click on Add, to add
 the tagline to the default one set up in the text, or New if you want
 to add it to another or create a new tagline file..
