New Rates.config and AreaCodes.config for use in Belgium
from 1 MARCH 1998.
NOTE: PhoneBill development is no more supported. Raymond
Penners has released a free keyfile to allow the use
of PhoneBill to its full. The keyfile is included
in this archive (read free-keyfile.txt).
- 21-Jul-98 Reworked the Rates as from 1 March 98, Belgacom
is now billing per second.
Added a new Area Code ((A0) Internet) for
Internet calls (preferencial rate).
(You need to edit the pattern for this area to
YOUR POP phone number !)
INSTALLATION:
-------------
If you already have installed PhoneBill v3.6 with the
rates and area codes for Belgium, you only need to copy
the file "config/Rates.config.belgium" to your PhoneBill
config directory (WITHOUT the ".belgium" extension).
Then edit you AreaCodes.config file and add the folloming
lines (on top of the file):
------------ CUT ------------------- CUT --------------------
(areacode
(rate "(A0) Internet (Trafic zonal)")
(pattern "123456")
)
------------ CUT ------------------- CUT --------------------
(replace "123456" with YOUR POP phone number(s))
If not, please read the "Contrib/Belgium/Belgium-rates.readme"
for more about how to install the Belgium settings.
IMPORTANT !
-----------
Because there are no more "proximity" and "long distance"
calling area, PhoneBill might report an error while attempting
to load your old "Host" config file.
You can fix this by editing the "Host.config" file and delete
every lines which contain :
(rate "(A1) Communications zonales (sauf 10x, 12xx, 13xx)")
or
(rate "(A2) Communications interzonales de voisinage")
or
(rate "(A3) Communications interzonales longue distance")
You can then start PhoneBill and re-arrange the hosts according
to the NEW calling area.

Nouveaux Rates.config et AreaCodes.config à utiliser en
Belgique à partir du 1 MARS 1998.
NOTE: Le developpement de PhoneBill n'est maintenant plus assuré
Raymond Penners offre gratuitement une clé pour utiliser
tout le potentiel de PhoneBill. La clé est incluse dans
cette archive (lire: free-keyfile.txt).
- 21-jui-98 Modification des tarifs (Rates): tarification par
seconde depuis le 1 mars 1998 (Belgacom).
Ajout d'une zone spéciale ((A0) Internet), pour
les communications Internet (tarif réduit).
(Vous devez éditer le modèle pour cette zone avec
VOTRE numéro de POP !)
INSTALLATION:

Si vous avez déjà installé PhoneBill v3.6 avec les taux et les
zones d'appel pour la Belgique, vous avez seulement besoin de
copier le fichier "config/Rates.config.belgium" dans le répertoire
config de PhoneBill (SANS l'extension ".belgium").
Ensuite, éditez votre fichier AreaCodes.config et ajoutez les
lignes suivantes (au début du fichier):

(pattern "123456")
)

(remplacez "123456" par le(s) numéro(s) d'appel de VOTRE POP)
Sinon, lisez le fichier "Contrib/Belgium/Belgium-rates.readme"
pour tout savoir sur l'installation des réglages pour la Belgique.
IMPORTANT !
-----------
Parce qu'il n'y a maintenant plus de communication interzonales
"de voisinage" et "longue distance", il est possible que PhoneBill
rapporte une erreur en essayant de charger votre ancien fichier de
configuration "Hôte".
Pour remédier à ce problème, éditez le fichier "Host.config" et
effacez chaque ligne contenant :
(rate "(A1) Communications zonales (sauf 10x, 12xx, 13xx)")
ou
(rate "(A2) Communications interzonales de voisinage")
ou
(rate "(A3) Communications interzonales longue distance")
Vous pouvez alors démarrez PhoneBill et ré-arranger les hôtes en
tenant compte des NOUVELLES zones d'appel.
