This   program   is   an  interface  to  OwnDevUnit.library.   The  classic
"LockSerial"  command is not able to start a series of commands in one row.
OwnDev  allows you to own/disown a port whenever you like.  For example you
may several times toggle the state within an ARexx or DOS script.

The package includes the assembly source code.
