RecentTool version 2.3
A very fast and small tool that uses Aminet Recent.ADT or 
Aminet *.readme files and adds AmiExpress style File_ID.diz to 
Aminet archives. 

RecentTool version 2.3 features:

- RecentTool is a pure program and can be made resident.
- Can read and analyze an Aminet Recent.adt in around 400 KB/Second.
- Add AmiExpress style FILE_ID.DIZ to Aminet downloads.
- Rename aminet archives to 8.3 filenames (intellirename).
- Add SHORT: as comment for easy identification.
- Can use either .readme's or RECENT.adt.
- RecentTool is Enforcer/Mungwall proof.
- Can add .readme file to archives.
- Can copy the unmodified archive to AMINET:dir/dir.
- Can add an optional file to archives that are smaller than 4 kB.
  This is useful when you are using Hydra to upload to AmiExpress
  systems.
- Can make a onepart archive of an archive and the suited file_id.diz.
- AutoMake LHA archives of non lzh/lha files like *.txt, *.dms, *.JPG
  etc.

v2.3  - The time checking test was removed
v2.1  - Never turned on InteliRename on "short desciption" shorter than
        45 charachters.
v2.0  - Much improved intellirename implementation for referenceless 
        archives.
        Archives now get proper unique file names like: filename+YMW 
        where:
        Y is the last digit for the current year
        M is a month number 1-9 or A for Oct,B for Nov,and C for Dec
        W is the week number 1-4
        So wwwcache.lha will be rename to:
        wwwca5C2.lha   for upload during second week of Dec-95
        wwwca623.lha   for upload during third week of Feb-96
      - S=STAMP option is now removed and is now part of the Aminet 
        logo
      - Many new options are added to the program. Please read the 
        Syntax: part of RecentTool.guide for new options.
v1.2  - Now properly handles '_' and '-' characters in archives names;
        version 1.2 renames Iconian2_96.lha to Iconi296.lha and not 
        Iconian2.lha as version 1.1 did.
v1.1    Is what v1.0 was meant to be :)
        Around 400% faster
        Implemented InteliRename to rename archives to 8.3 style names.
        Several other new options were added as well.
v1.0    Early release. Took 1.30 hours to make and was not optimised at all.
