If upgrading from version 1.0:

The manner in which Spitfire² saves its information into
directories has change.  In order to upgrade to the new
path/directory structure you can do one of two things:

1) If you know your user ID number for your handheld device, then
   rename the "users/<username>" directory to "users/<username>.<userid>"
   and delete the "users.dat" file.

OR

2) Backup the contents of the "users" directory, then delete the "users"
   directory.  Do a new hotsync of your handheld device.
