Iain wrote dialer.device some years ago, but has since moved away
from using Amigas. Since he's also leaving the country for a while
(see <URL:http://www.domino.org/~plunky/index.html>) he asked if
someone could "package" it and upload it to Aminet...

I've combined the last release of the binary/readme with his
source archive (AFAICT they're from the same release :) So it
should recompile with Dice. Some work would be needed to get
it compiling with SAS, Storm, GCC or others.

The source is freely redistributable, but remember to mention
Iain if you do adapt it!
