URLUpdat is a shareware program that scans a list in ASCII format containing
the URLs of all the files that a user would routinely download over a given
period of time, moves the relevant files to a specified location, altering
their filenames and datestamps to user specified values, before updating the
original URL list so that it can be passed to a download utility and the
next batch of files downloaded from the Internet. It will NOT itself download
files from the Internet.
