This  short  program  is designed for converting bit values into decimal
numbers and vice versa.

By setting requested bits, which are represented by appropriate gadgets,
you get a decimal number that is the representation of these bits.

Entering a requested value in decimal notation will result in displaying
the bit representation of this value.
