ClipChars is programmer's tool which offers a simple GUI allowing the user
   to select any printable character. Decimal and hex values of each character
   are displayed as they are selected. Characters may be copied to the
   clipboard and it may also be configured to insert characters directly into
   any ARrexx capable editor with a command similar to CED's "enter ascii"
   command.

   Source code is included.
