Font2src creates an assembly source file of any font.

A feature is that it can remap the characters in the range
0x00-0x1F and 0x80-0x9F (that just shows a rectangle) to the
inverse of 0x40-$5F and 0xC0-$DF. Just reassemble and your
font is a little more useful.
