Commodore's localize clone, but mine works !!! More powerfull and very very
faster than the C='s one.
Like in a dream, it extract all localizable strings, generate '.cd' file and
patch your code for using the locale.library.
Work both with C and C++ source codes.
No decent documentation available but a small peace of misspelling in the
start of the source code. Good documentation welcome.
