SCSIQUICKER
===========

This should significantly improve IDE performance on fast machines
(e.g., 68060 or faster), but may decrease performance or even GURU
slower machines. Caveat emptor.

This does three things, each of which can be disabled.

- promote SCSI devices to maximum priority
- reset the AmigaOS multitasking quantum to 1
- reduce CIA priority either just below SCSI or make it VERY low

To install copy to C: and add to S:startup-sequence
