This small tool let you convert every Sensible World of Soccer teamfile
in the Eat The Whistle native format.

ETW teams are more detailed than SWOS ones, so you'll lose some parameters,
for instance the age of the players, but this is not a problem for single
tournaments.

If you have problem with a particular teamfile send it to me and I'll check
the problem.

This tool is distributed with ANSI C source code, so if you want to develop
an alternative Eat The Whistle editor you can do that looking in the swos2etw.h
header file for the ETW team format.

News since 1.2:

- Added a fix for teamfiles with more than 64 teams.
- Leagues are now correctly handled.
- Corrected some color remapping problems.
