This is an unofficial update of DIYreko. It should work with IFX versions
1.5 to 4.x. It's been tested with 1.52, 2.6, 3.3 and 4.1, but 2.0, 2.1 and
4.5 should all be okay.

The image files in this archive have been converted to 2bit files where
possible to shrink their sizes.

I've included the CardTexture files originally included with DIYreko1.x
and some replacement files which have corrected palettes - (5,5,5) instead
of (0,0,1). The Tonid CardFrame also had a problem with its colors.

Get the DIYrekoIII archive if you don't have it already. It has several
improvements over this script.
