This is an upgrade to VideoTitlerV2.0, and has the following improvments:

 - New interface
 
 - Palette editor

 - Improved Font Control - Doesn't attempt to load all existing fonts now.

 - Fade in/out titles instead of scrolling them

 - Keep one title on screen permanently

 - Use any background colour

 - PAL / NTSC

 - Full on-line hypertext help.
