Plots data onto a custom user defined screen and window, reading the plot
and screen/window definitions, along with the X and Y data pairs, from a
disk file.  Supports linear, log-log, and semi-log axis plots.  The data
can be plotted with lines, symbols, or both.  Includes numerous example
plots.
