DNet is a real bitch to compile on a NeXT, so I thought I would provide
some binaries for anyone who is interested.

bootdnet and initdnet are a pair of useful scripts, which do what they
titles say. bootdnet starts the initial dnet process, and initdnet
starts up 4 servers. Modify to your tastes.

initdnet is for after you've already gotten to fterm...
