Finally it's here!

I've wanted to release this some six months earlier but I never got
around to do it until now. But now it's all here, also included it
a stripped-down version for demos, made by K-P Koljonen.

So it's now public domain, use it as you wish, do whatever you want
with it. A small credit for me would of course be nice but not
obligatory.
