Like it says above, these are brushes to be tiled in the Workbench (using
NickPrefs under AmigaDos 2.0/2.1, WBPicture under 3.0); they are for a
standard 4-color medium resolution Workbench, and all use the same palette.
The palette is not the default one, but has a red color in place of the
blue, and the other colors are (ever so slightly) modified. Most will only
look good if a similar palette is used.
Almost all the images were scaled and converted to their current sizes
using ADPro. I'm sorry I've not given author info (I don't know who most
of them are), but if your work is represented in one of these brushes,
thank you for your efforts.
I've released these because there have been precious few collections put
out for the standard Workbench. I'm sure I'm not alone in being too poor
to own a FlickerFixer/MultiScan/A4000 etc.
Also included is my Random program -- see instructions for that to find out
how to have a random picture at boot-up. Oh, and I should add that one or
two of these pictures depict sometimes scantily-clad women (I'm not talking
hard-core though) -- if you're offended by this, tough!
