This patch file patches the CygnusEd 3.5 Ed (CygnusEd invoker) command to
fix the '-sticky bug'.  The bug is that the -sticky option doesn't work
if CygnusEd is not already in memory.  If you don't use the -sticky
option, you don't need this patch.

The SAS/C program LPatch (freely distributable) is required for this
patch to work.
