This is the update from 1.2 to 1.3, only including the executable and docs
so you wont have to dowload the fonts, will need to be installed "by hand"

EUC-JP,Shift-JIS,Old-JIS,New-JIS and Nec-JIS encoding.
Automtatically detects EUC and Shift-JIS encoding (like Netscape)

NEW!! Ability to detect only OLD-/NEW- and NEC-JIS modes enableing concurrent
use of special characters eg. å,ä,ö,ü etc.
