Microsoft core fonts places the euro symbol at ASCII value 128, whereas the
ISO Latin-9 uses the ASCII value 164 for the symbol. The latter location is
used in current euro-compatible Amiga fonts, so euro symbols in text
documents created with e.g. Microsoft Word 97 will display incorrectly on
the Amiga. MS2AmigaEuro converts all characters in a file with an ASCII
value of 128 to 164 and saves the result in another file. Amiga2MSEuro does
the same vice-versa.
