Oops - the archive I uploaded earlier missed one file.
This one works - I even tested it! ;-)

1.4e:
   -selecting too big horiz.amount of blocks in ChillButter(tm) caused
    the program to go into an infinite loop. Fixed.
   -The "cancel" option in ChillButter(tm) now works.
   -When drawing with "stencil" set, the program crashed (whatta??... this
    worked in earlier versions...). Now fixed.
