ARC is an *old* (older than Zoo) archiver which was probably
popular on Amigas and PCs around 1985-86. Noone will want to
pack new things with it, but a few people may have old files
archived in this format that they want to extract.

I don't know how well this program works on newer machines,
Worbench 3.0, 68030 and so on. If it is decently programmed
I expect it to work, but you may have to set a large stack.
The program is said to be freeware (gifts suggested).
