uuOut is a very fast and very smart uudecoder.

uuOut 1.12 is an update to the version found in the uuInOut archive
file. There is no new version of uuIn, so the iiInOut archive is still
important.

uuOut is still the fastest and smartest uudecoder on aminet by a wide
margin.

The major changes are:
 * 1 bug removed (caused 0 length output files with ibm-pc CR/LF lines).
 * The documentation is now in amigaguide format.

Workbench 2.04 or higher is required, of course.
