Two BEAST classes with sources to demonstrate how to use and create
simple BEAST public classes.

BFS_ToUpperClass = Convert characters to uppercase.
BFS_ToLowerClass = Convert characters to lowercase.

Uses BEAST system V1 Charlie or better.
