 Make file_id.dizes and pack them into LHA files VERY easily, only
requires 4 lines of text and the rest is done for you, good if you
have to make many file_id.dizes for many different programs, also
very quick. File_id.diz header automatically created.

V1.1  : File requester insted of type in path and file
        Cancel big removed
V1.11 : Bigger Dizzez allowed and flick bug gone!

V1.2  : Pack file_id.dizes into LZX and TXT files
