For those of you doing voice recognition using VCLI and AniMan, this is
an update to voice.library that will cut voice command recognition time in
half.  Included here is version 6.6 of voice.library.  Just copy this new
version to your libs: directory to speed up voice recognition.

   VCLI version 5.2 can be found as vcli52.lha in util/misc.  AniMan version
4.1 can be found as AniMan41.LHA in util/misc.

   Thanks to all who helped with the updates to voice.library including,
Mark Palumbo, Michael Witbrock, Jukka Marin, Greg Simon, Fred Cassirer, David
Benn and many others.  Special credit goes to Zap who speeded up the pattern
matching algorithm for word recognition.
