This is an interim (XMas) release distributed as a patch.  You'll need
the 38.2 and 38.3 archives as well to get the complete source code.

Added ACTION_STACK support, but only for "aborting" ACTION_READ
and ACTION_WAIT_CHAR packets.  Only dp_Arg2 == "\n" is honored.
Don't assume whatsoever about the order in which ACTION_STACK and
aborted packets are returned.  CON: and KCON: differ, and I might
change the way it works in FIFO: as well.

Hint: R.Babel recommends a Write(fh,NULL,0); to CON: after an
ACTION_STACK to have it process ACTION_STACK (or packets will only be
"aborted" on the next keystroke).  KCON: and FIFO: don't need that.

RemCLI shows fifo name and uses CONU_CHARMAP.  Measured
half speed of CONU_STANDARD in a simple List+scroll test.
If you don't like the slowness, keep the previous RemCLI.
