This is the new version 1.95 (7.10.1998) of XOpa, one of the
most powerful and most beautiful system monitor :-)

Changes since the previous release:
 - RawDoFmt() failed under OS 2.04
 - Unnamed screens will not produce Enforcer-Hits any longer
