xpkPWPK is another xpk sub library to add to your libs:compressors.  It
allows you to directly use PowerPacker crunch/decrunch routines in any
program which supports xpk.

Changes since v0.93
     - No longer uses environment variable to set size of crunch buffer.
       Now efficiency value sets both the efficiency and the crunch buffer
       size.
