Move 2.2a requires kickstart 2.04 or higher.

Move 2.2a is a compact, fast move command that allows the moving of files
over multiple devices.  It will preform a "true" move (a la rename) when
files are being moved around on the same device, making it very fast, while
still being able to prefrom moves over multiple devices. 

Changes since 2.2 
-----------------
Move 2.2 didn't work right with the '*' wildcard, even after it was
activated.  This has been fixed, but in the process, Move grew to 
a huge 872 bytes.  :-(

Move 2.2a may be freely distributed, as long as the following files are
included :
