This is a very first beta of Persian locale files for workbench 3.0
and up.  The farsi.language and iran.country are in their first
beta versions, but already working. Please follow the instructions
in readme files to install, as I have no time right now to write
install scripts or so.  More tips will be added at request, or if
you have any, let me know.
