There's a little problem with NewIcons' transparency option. On screens
with a low depth (< 32,64 colors) it can happen that wrong parts of the
icons become transparent, although that parts were not in color 0 and 
therefore not intended to become transparent. This is not a bug of New-
Icons but caused by a stupid limitation of the system routine ObtainBest-
PenA().

This is a small hack, which tries to workaround this. It is only an
intermediate solution, until the NewIcons author or someone else finds a
better solution!!!! It might not work with GFX-Board!! Source-Code is in-
cluded, so that anybody can improve or correct it (it seems to have some
problem with some of the WB preferencess programs).
