This is a patch to the ObtainGIRPort() function on Intuition, making
Magic Menu and CycleToMenu behave a lot nicer with BOOPSI gadgets.
Fixes the deadlock situations when Magic Menu is trying to display
menus while a program tries to change something on the screen.
