pat2icon (AmigaDos 2.0+ required)

You start pat2icon from WB or CLI, it opens an AppWindow, you open your
Presets drawer and drop your pattern prefs files into the pat2icon window.
Magically, new icons are created for the prefs files which show the
patterns held. 

This trivial little exercise is placed in the public domain. If you find
any bugs, fix 'em yourself!
