This is version 48.2 of ixemul.library. First uploaded 2003.

Updated the archive with readme files describing reconstruction of the
source code.

Updated a second time. Now with full makefiles, diffs and source files.
Describtion of makefile now more accurately describe the changes. The
ix_close.c changes are updated and now reflect the actual likely changes.

The Makefile.in might still need some changes depending on the users
individual setup. They are tested with "make" but not tested with
"make dist". The c source files have not been tested.
