This program is the predecessor to the NetDOCK-2 package
which is available in pub/aminet/util/wb/nd2-unreg.lha and can only
support up to 8 icons. The image sets are customisable, and if I
remember correctly, there is no registration fee.

NetDOCK-2 is a LOT better, but this is adequate if you are simple minded
(no offence to any1!)
