This is a program that you use with your Fidonet fileecho processor. Some TIC
files include a line with a MAGIC field, which is suited for updating your
Fidonet filerequest server programs config file, so that you don't have to
change it yourself whenever a new version of a file comes in (like a nodediff
or something similar). This program does that for you. All you need to get is
a TIC processor that can execute a command whenever it finds a MAGIC line in
the TIC file (CrashTick is one that can do that. It's available from the
nearest Aminet site).
