Dialer v1 - A tiny dialer utility - by Wagner Schieber

What does it do? Simple.

Have you ever used your terminal software to call a friend or a phone
that is always busy?  I have.

Have you ever called one of those "dial your card number" lines that only
accept tone dialing, from a pulse-only phone?  I have.

Problems like that are common on countries like mine, where the phone
services haven't reached a standard yet.  So, since I bought a modem I
was looking for a simple program that would let me dial directly from my
computer keyboard.  As I haven't found it, I decided to try to make my
own.  And here it is.
