This is an incrediably small script and utility to insert into your
startnet script in AmiTCP. It is intended for those (like me) who
need to know when to come offline in order to keep the phone bills
down ;-)

The script waits for a defined time and then calls a program to open
a simple window to tell you to come offline. Simple, but effective.
