Version 1.66
Flip is a player for FLI and FLC animation files, common for IBM PCs
and compatibles. Its the fastest player for the A4000/040 around.
On an A4000/40 its working with 30-50 fps.

Differences to Version 1.50:

- much more speed thru optimised redraw techniques

- 68020/30 optimised code added

- asynchronous IO for direct playback from disk

- adjustable framerate, timed playback

- Bugfixes, mousepointer is off for playbackscreen
