LED is a small >=OS 1.0 utility, which controls the status of the power-led and
the hardwarefilter. 4 modes are supported :
	0	:	switch led/filter off
	1	:	switch led/filter on
	2	:	toggle led/filter
	3	:	get only the status of the led/filter
Possible use in batchscripts.
