Convert ASCII files to/from PalmPilot DOC format
ver 0.8 options:
-q quiet mode
-n builds the .pdb file without compression
-b option compresses/decompresses binary
-p private, #=0 private off (default=off)
-c category, #=[0-15] category number (default=0)
-o output filename (encoding mode default=<text-file>.pdb)
(decoding mode default=stdout)
-t title (max=31, default=<text-file>)

I compiled the source from the original Unix version, so Kadar Tanuwidjaja is
not an Amiga programmer.
