A small fortune cookie program/quotation program. At the moment, the archive contains a Doctor Who quotes file, but creating a new quotes file is easy. Instructions on how to do this can be found in 
the archive.

The program is CLI based, but using WB 2.0 and above, you could execute it from Workbench, and then press return to quit.
